Re: Devon For Sale and Wanted notifications Sticky

Still after sloping back easicool with slide out buddy seat and swing out cooker to replace bay parts currently in van. 1966 RHD W/T but cannot work out if it is caravette or devonette from the remaining original parts.

If the winner was from on here and was completing an interior I am still after a swingout cooker and sloping back easicool.

Cheers.

Tony and Manda, many thanks from us too, for keeping us entertained and checking we were fed / watered OK.

- Simon and family I like your bus in a tent idea
- Rob I will bring some peanuts next time
- Tony I am still looking for some pink stove paint for your wood burner.

Cheers, Tim and Euan.

Re: My First VW !! Mid Life Crisis "now living the dream "

Hi Mark,

Nice to meet you and family at Lazy Day, congrats on the award for Gerry and sorry we did not stay around to see if you got best in show.

Thanks for letting us crawl all over your hammock and for generally being a real fun family to park next to, hope to see you again soon.

Cheers

Tim

Re: starter packed in , no click - nothing, just NOTHING

Had "stuck" starter myself but thought got click with that one. More recently the fusebox dropped and was shorting but then had no click and no red/green or headlights.

What interior should I have?

Seeking advice from the collective, I have a RHD 66 walkthrough which reportedly had a devon interior. The only bit of interior remaining was this from behind the drivers seat: http://muchos.co.uk/members/tboarder/DSC00041.JPG Would this have been torvette, spaceway or other and are there any other ...
