move on Wednesday…..so panic stations now LOL Dubenhams on hold until things get sorted out and less going on, but it will return, ….one day ;-) once moved i have another garage a few down to sort out (the one with all the awnings in the loft), who knows what awnathology will be unearthed in there… ...

Invader…similar, but the door is one piece and not in 2, and has a pitched roof….this is mid/late 60's the colours really don't feel mid 60's neither do the lack of tassels and the beige plastic skirt under the loading doors….but it is not a bay window awning either, so i would punt at it being late...

you could fit some helper springs to combat this….i wouldn't, but the MOT man 'may' take a dislike to this …if he did, then helper springs and spacer would be needed…or, some slightly longer springs, what length spring did you go for in the end…and how big is the gap when raised

I don't think heated seats draw too much drain on a battery if only used while running in winter, my NB has heated seats, lights, stereo, heating, lights and wipers all going together ….and the battery is a lot smaller than my bus one, so presuming the alternator is doing most the job of keeping all...

I considered these…no reason at all why they wouldn't work, fitted beneath the original covers and like you say, would certainly take the edge off
