Re: Air ride split beam @ limebug

I can see what they are doing and it does look a nice bit of kit, but it isn't 'that' different to Creative Engineerings offering imo. They've obviously thought the design through well, and tackled a few issues, but its not a huge change.

It will be interesting to see the final price yes.

Have you checked that the oil pressure relief valves move freely Steve? You could drop them out and have a look. There must be an impingement in the system somewhere, my fear is that the CSP cover may just end up masking something thats underlying rather than solving it, I just cant work out quite w...

Re: 62 15 Window project - No longer grey!

Looking good there Paul  As said, if you've got safaris and you rock up with them open then you don't need wipers for the mot. Cheers pal, and thanks for confirming the MOT sans safaris, do you know if the same applies to an engine? Ie if its not fitted yet then they cant test it? That woul...

Re: 62 15 Window project - No longer grey!

So I don't officially need wipers?? Hmmm, Rain X and a rain mac for each of the passengers seems more and more appealing then! [emoji12]
Although knowing dad, its all done as we speak and ready to fit later this week!

Re: 62 15 Window project - No longer grey!

You are committed, I'd have binned off the wipers and rain-x'd it Looking good, and more or less a straight line to the finish now, just fitting and fettling the fun bits :) Haha! Need them for the MOT so its gotta be done, just a right royal pain of a job at this stage, I thought most of the fabri...
