Well gub, following your recommendation we went down to Exmoor. I didn't stay at Cloud Farm... I accidentally ended up at Doone Valley Farm (round the corner - schoolboy error) which was also a fantastic site. Same setup but a little bit quieter.

I have to say that rattling around Exmoor we ended up on one too many 1 in 4 roads... a slow old slog to climb but then a hell of a test of the drum brakes and single circuit system on the descent!
