HI HI TOP - Looks from your avitar youv'e gone all Hi Hi to Low low! Cool!

More stuff.....

More Autocraft bits - minus a screen repair to come later
Image

Roof getting there following multiple fitments;
Image

Image

And aparently my bulkhead cut was not as good as original so a bit of heat shrinking and rewelding has got that sorted - skills for you!

Been away the last few days so this was from the begining of the week - aparently a good bit more to come... :D

inner sill and strengthener painted and spotwelded together and ready to install
Image

tailgate now fits as it should
Image

hinges changed to the ones off the donor roof as old ones were bent.
Image

Image

heat shrinking to top of side panel.....
Image

and the roof strengthener off the donor roof is going to be used to give curve and rigidity to the rear of your roof - there was nothing there at all apart from the pop top frame and a section of wood and with out it it is soooo flimsy - also not good if you want to sleep in a bunk - i have - eek!

Dropped in today with a few lead stick to see Dave.
Roof welded on and looking very good.

Excellent repairing of a difficult job by Dave and Matt.
This bus is so solid, it deserves the treatment it is receiving. Will be a top bus when finished.
