she will be known as ropey the so23 that is her name and thats what she is.....ropey :lol:

she moved under her own power today people..... :D :D :D

had a long night of it, fitted new return spring on throttle cable...and repaired/ remade front throttle linkage...it now returns as it should..
fitted new reserve tap... and this seems to be working correctly, even though i was told it would work in reverse order to what it should ...bonus,
also fitted rear bumper, which to be honest should be thrown in the skip...but, it is part of the ropey resto.. :D left to do now are some wireing issues , and a complete oil change in all gear box, rdboxes,engine etc etc... but i did fire it up and gingerly move it around the workshop...which as you can imagine was a good feeling...
