Since the site was running really slow, i have had problems! i click on the site and there are no new posts only the ones that were there when the site was slow. Once i log in i get all the new ones, also if i post a message then i need to log out and then back in to be able to view my post and this does not always work???

Any ideas why?

Could you try deleting your cookies then logging in again.
