Have been thinking of selling the vwspeedshop built 2276 efi turbo as a fullturn key engine for various reasons but decided to get it dyno"d at raceshack!!!
Ben phoned me last night to say he was blown away by the engine and its by far the most powerfull engine raceshack has dyno"d
Its only set at 1bar and makes 250 bhp at the wheels and over 300 at the flywheel with more to come if required
In this guise its fully streetable and reliable and is making me think twice about selling it !!!

will have to think about it over the weekend and advertise it on here if I do.

Those boys certainly know how to tune a motor.
That dyno is a proper bit of kit, it's also pretty conservative on it's readouts so that's really making some serious power now.

So happy you got it sorted mate, was gutted for you when I saw the for sale ad.

Vw speedshop built 2276 fuel injected turbo built approx two years ago but having less than 2000 miles on it, as I"ve said before paul built this using the best parts available but won"t tell you whats inside as he wants to keep it close to his chest

What I do no is that on the raceshack dyno its just made over 300 bhp and only set at 1 bar
theres still plenty in there by turning the turbo up but has been left at this to give it the reliability and streetability for everyday use!!!

its a full turn key package with new omex ecu,wiring loom for ecu, bespoke stainless exaust from turbo to exit, bespoke breather tower etc!!!
what it doesn"t come with is the fuel pump and lines, the remote oilcooler and lines and the remote oil filter and lines.

the motor will come with the raceshack info to prove all above and is sold as seen and with much regret
9500 ovno ( do the maths and you"ll see how much an engine will cost to get to this standard and you"ll see its well worth the money )

ranco pro drag gearbox with super spline diff, alloy gears etc etc ( ratios to follow ) top of range rancho box supplied again by vw speedshop to handle the power of above engine and only having approx 1000 miles in it
looking for 1750 ovno for this but please note the engine will have to be sold first as I want to show the buyer the engine running to give them pease of mind !!
