Devon Rear Heater Log & Floor Plate
Devon modified the VW installed heater log position in the cargo area to accommodate the rear seat upright.
They drilled out the spot welds on the feet and cut the heat inlet tube to move it further back. The flooring was fitted and covering laid. Standard 4mm ply and 9'' polyfloor tiles for example. Then to reduce the risk of melting the vinyl they fitted an alloy checker plate on top of the tiles.

The plate is positioned so the leading edge aligns with the opening in the rear seat base front opening.
