1. The bus has to be a VW Split Screen.

2. It has to have a Flat 4 Air cooled engine of VW origin.

3. You have to be a SSVC member.

4. You have to be able to run sub 18's on the strip.

5. And finally, the six founder members have to agree that the bus can join.
